Here in this support forum we will post frequently asked questions and update as they come in.
 


- Question: What are the badges? How can you earn them?
In place we have awards and badges that users can obtain through commitment and contribution to the discussion forum. There are six badges.

Member- This badge is automatically assigned to all users upon registration.

Beta Tester- This badge will be assigned to the first 100 users on the forum. (Limited/rare)

Developer- This badge is assigned to users who contribute to the testing and technical side of the forum.

Moderator- This badge is assigned to staff of the forum that help to moderate content. (Can be earned if approved by admin.)

Verified Account- This badge is reserved for accounts that are deemed public officials, staff, and or at risk for impersonation. To obtain this badge you must be eligible and be approved by administration. *Restricted badge. Proof of ID is required.

Blogger- This badge is awarded to users who regularly post and help to add informational content to the categories/blogs of the forum.

- Question: How do I report a post?

To report a post or comment, click the "flag" in the right hand corner of the topic or comment.




Then from the drop down menu, choose a reason for your report. If no category fits the reason, choose "other" and explain.




Once you have reported the post, a moderator will review your report and deal with the situation accordingly. Please submit only one report.

Question: How do I send a DM or direct message?

Click on the “message icon” under a person's comment or directly in their profile under the “contact” tab.
